Simply type in your website address along with how frequent the site changes. Then download simply download the file that is generated and upload it to your web server. The location of the sitemap.xml file should look like this.

Once you have completed this simply go to your accounts with Google or Yahoo and submit your sitemap to be downloaded. This is the only time that you will need to submit your sitemap to these search engines. Dependent upon how often you set you frequency Google and Yahoo will download your sitemaps on a regular basis. So all you have to do once you generate a new page or post is to recreate your sitemap and upload it to your web server.
